A national mortgage lender opening a corporate office in the Phoenix area, Eagle Home Mortgage consulted the project management experts at LaunchPM to manage the build-out of the company’s spacious new office.

After meeting with representatives from Eagle—a subsidiary of Lennar, a Fortune 500 company—we began pre-project planning, which involved setting a timeline and budget. Throughout the project, LaunchPM managed the design and construction teams and vendors. The LaunchPM team also handled equipment and furniture coordination, and provided schedule and cost control management. Within a 30-week timeline, Eagle Home Mortgage’s beautiful new 91,452 square-foot office building was successfully completed.
