Launch PM has been a proud supporter of the Go Red for Women movement for the past three years. The LaunchPM team is continuing its work to raise awareness of cardiovascular disease, the number one killer of women in the United States. Most recently, LaunchPM sponsored the 2024 Go Red for Women Luncheon held at the Westin Kierland Resort on May 3rd in Scottsdale.
For the second year, LaunchPM Principal and CEO Beth Scarano is serving on the Go Red For Women Executive Leadership Team for 2025, continuing her commitment to further support and raise awareness of the organization’s mission.
What is the Mission of Go Red for Women?
The mission of Go Red for Women encourages awareness and education about women’s heart health. The movement is a sisterhood of passionate women united by one common goal: to end cardiovascular disease and stroke in women. The mission challenges women to know their risks and take action to mitigate those risks while providing the education and tools needed to lead a heart-healthy life.
The Go Red for Women Executive Leadership team and their companies are fully committed to creating healthier communities and supporting the American Heart Association’s mission for longer, healthier lives.
Why Community is a Core Value at LaunchPM
At LaunchPM, the company culture is as much about supporting its internal team as it is the community. It’s easy for a business to ask its team to participate in National Wear Red Day by donning an item of red clothing. However, real participation involves so much more than that. While these events can make a big difference, the bigger impact is in our daily habits and lives and encouraging our female colleagues and peers to take the right steps to adopt a healthier, heart-focused lifestyle.
Much of our project work at LaunchPM is within the healthcare industry. We bring our construction project management expertise to help successfully execute the installation and/or upgrades to healthcare facilities that provide patient care services to individuals with many different conditions. Getting to see firsthand what it takes to build out these facilities and why we need them in our communities has made our commitment to giving back even greater.
