LaunchPM was hired by Juggernaut, a leader in industrial design, engineering and production, to manage the ground-up building of the company’s new headquarters in Scottsdale. The facility located in the corporate center at DC Ranch is a 28,550-square-foot, two-story building. The construction began in spring of 2022 and was complete in September 2023. The LaunchPM team worked closely with Juggernaut’s management team and the project’s general contractor, LGE Design to bring the vision for the state-of-the-art manufacturing, warehouse and administrative facility to fruition.
Juggernaut specializes in product development, manufacturing and sales for ruggedized cases, mounts and screen protectors for smartphones and tablets for military and first responders. The company’s products are compatible with Samsung, Apple, Panasonic and Google smart devices, and designed to protect them on the battlefield and on the job.
As the project manager, LaunchPM worked hands-on overseeing every detail and coordinating with all parties throughout the construction phases. LaunchPM facilitated the installation of cabling and a high-tech security system. The project manager ordered and tracked delivery of appliances, furnishings and pallet racking, managed the installation of building signage and once construction was complete, LaunchPM planned and coordinated the move-in for the Juggernaut executives and employees.
Juggernaut’s new headquarters is vertically integrated with office, warehouse and manufacturing operations all under one roof. The modern industrial design features a metal and steel exterior with a pitched roof, metal exterior staircase, spacious balcony and large perimeter windows that offer spectacular mountain views and natural light. The space includes open workstations, collaborative workspaces, an employee lounge and kitchen, 3 state-of-the-art conference rooms and multiple private offices for the R&D, administrative staff and executives.
