LaunchPM recently completed the buildout on the new Scottsdale, Arizona, offices for Neon Logistics. The third-party logistics company leased the 10,954 square-foot space located on the 7th floor of Camelback Tower, previously occupied by Simon Med for its operations. The 7th-floor office with views of Camelback Mountain was fully demoed for renovation to create a fully open floor plan for the dynamic, growing freight transportation firm.
Construction on the project took approximately four months to complete. The new office features workstations with ergonomic standing desks, a spacious employee breakroom, a large glass-enclosed conference and training room, three huddle rooms, two sound-proof phone rooms and three small private offices. Standout features include high-placed electrical outlets on structural columns throughout the open space and a black-painted ceiling, which will offset the neon signage that will be a part of the interior décor.
Neon Logistics facilitates shipments throughout the U.S. coordinating communications and scheduling between trucking and manufacturers to get products where they need to go. The company is known for its entrepreneurial start-up culture, where everyone is expected to “just do your job,” and have fun. Employees participate in frequent companywide events such as Neon Spirit Week and employees are recognized each week for their contributions to the team. The new office is designed to reflect the company culture and provide space for training and team building activities.
The move to Camelback Tower will give the company more space for growth and expansion. The move was completed in December 2023.
Chris Benoit was the project manager for the buildout, and he was assisted by Yessi Romero at LaunchPM. If you are considering a move to a new space or in need of renovating an existing space, contact us at LaunchPM to learn more about how we can help.
