Established in 2015, HonorHealth quickly grew into a network of over 3,400 physicians and multiple locations throughout the greater Phoenix area. HonorHealth hired LaunchPM to provide project management services for the build-out of its new Scottsdale primary care practice, HonorHealth Medical Group – Shea.

Facing a 25-week timeline for HonorHealth Medical Group – Shea, we successfully managed the design, construction, and move-in processes.This included the handling of medical equipment and confidential records for the new 9,254 square-foot building.
