As one of the largest healthcare systems in Arizona, HonorHealth recently acquired a private Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) medical group. HonorHealth hired the Project Management experts at LaunchPM to manage construction of the new space—a process that involved the handling of expensive medical equipment and the need to retrofit an existing office to suit the ENT group’s requirements

LaunchPM’s services included pre-project planning to establish a schedule and budget, design and construction management, and ensuring that the medical equipment was properly installed. With our team’s help, HonorHealth now has a comfortable, well-equipped ENT office.
